We are launching a Boccia club and we are looking for members to help us get sessions started.

Boccia is about more than sport. It is about connection, confidence and community.

What is Boccia?

Boccia is a Paralympic precision ball sport designed for people living with physical disabilities.

Players throw, roll or use a ramp to place their coloured balls as close as possible to the white target ball. It is strategic, social and suitable for a wide range of abilities.

No experience is required. All equipment is provided.

Do I need experience to join?
No experience is required. Boccia is suitable for beginners and experienced players. We will guide you through the basics and support you at your own pace.
Boccia is designed for people living with physical disabilities. It is particularly suited to individuals with cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury and other neurological or physical conditions. If you are unsure whether it is suitable for you, please contact us and we can discuss your needs.
No. All Boccia equipment is provided. You only need to wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes.
Yes. Boccia is suitable for many NDIS participants. If you are self managed or plan managed, please contact us to discuss how this may work for you.
Yes. Carers and support workers are welcome to attend and support participants during sessions.
