You Me & Community is a warm, family-oriented organisation in Ipswich where compassion, inclusion and connection are at the heart of everything we do. We support people with disability, families and carers to feel welcomed, valued and part of the community.

Our goal is to help people live with greater independence, dignity and belonging through practical support, meaningful connection and a safe space where everyone feels they belong.

We share the mission of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to improve the lives of every Australian facing significant and permanent disabilities, as well as their carers and families. We are proud to be an NDIS Provider and hope you will join us in showing your support.
