Fill a jar with water and glitter, shake it, participants “pretend” the shaken glitter is their stress and thoughts and watching the water calm down it also helps calm their thoughts.
To make a DIY vision board, grab a board or piece of cardboard and some magazines, photos, or printouts. Cut out pictures and words that show your goals and dreams, then glue or tape them onto the board. Hang it somewhere you can see it every day to stay inspired!
To make DIY friendship bracelets with beads, cut some colourful string or embroidery floss and tie a knot at one end. Thread beads onto the strings in any pattern. When it’s long enough, tie a knot at the end, and your bracelet is ready to give to a friend!
