Using cardboard cutout, the desired length of bookmark and decorate it as desired with colour, pom poms, glitter.

Using a blown-up balloon, mix different colour paints in a bowl and dip the balloon in, stamp it on some paper and see the beautiful tie-dye stamp it has created.
